I grew up in Southern California, close to the beach and Disneyland. My husband (and I) served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, having lived in 4 states and in Europe (Holland). We were blessed with 4 children and have expanded to 14 grandchildren. I attended Idaho State University where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and my Master’s Degree in Literacy. I moved to Rock Hill in 2011 where I began teaching 3rd grade at Northside. I love teaching at Northside and consider it my second family. I am excited about teaching first grade this year. In my spare time I love being a grandma, reading and traveling.
