Ms. Casey Lefler

I am incredibly excited and honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Northside Elementary School of the Arts: A Leader in Me School! Northside is such a special place because of the people who make up this amazing school community: our talented students, dedicated staff, supportive families, and valued community partners.

Since the early 2000s, my passion has been transforming students' learning experiences through meaningful relationships, rigor, and innovative instructional practices. Throughout my career, I have worked to create personalized learning opportunities that empower students to become agents of their own learning while supporting teachers in creating engaging and impactful classrooms.

I believe excellence is a working process, and I am committed to continuing the incredible traditions and culture that make Northside a place where students are inspired to learn, create, and grow. I am excited to collaborate with our staff and families to ensure every child feels safe, valued, challenged, and loved each day they walk through our doors.
